Alex Melton is the Senior Director of Consulting and Support at Parsable, where he leads global teams in delivering digital execution solutions that empower frontline workers and transform industrial operations. With a strong focus on scalability, user adoption, and measurable outcomes, Alex partners with Fortune 500 organizations to drive efficiency and innovation on the shop floor and in the field. Since joining Parsable in 2017, Alex has played a key role in shaping the company’s implementation and customer success strategy, serving in multiple leadership roles across consulting and enterprise solutions. His work has helped manufacturers modernize legacy processes, close execution gaps, and enable connected, data-driven operations. Before transitioning to the private sector, Alex served as a Marine Corps officer, leading teams in both combat readiness and specialized operational missions. His military experience honed his expertise in leadership, strategy, and complex operations. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from UC San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree in International Security from San Diego State University.
