Aneesa Muthana, CEO and co-owner of Pioneer Service and M&M Quality Grinding, has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, serving aerospace, medical, and EV sectors. Aneesa contributes regularly to Modern Machine Shop and holds influential positions on several industry boards, including the National Association of Manufacturing (NAM) and MxD Advisory boards. Her leadership includes serving as President of the Precision Machined Products Association (PMPA) from 2021 to 2022.
