Billy Ingram is an award-winning innovator, Lean and Six Sigma practitioner, the Director of Lean Product and Process Development at Interface and the founder of Ingram Innovation LLC. With more than 30 years of manufacturing and operational improvement experience, he helps organizations solve complex problems by aligning innovation, performance, and socially responsible decision-making. Billy is the creator of the Responsible Innovation Performance System™, a practical framework that amplifies existing innovation and improvement systems to generate stronger ideas and improve implementation success. He holds a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA from Troy University and has been awarded three utility patents for innovations in equipment design. His work focuses on sustainable business models, cultural transformation, and helping organizations build resilient, high-performing operational cultures.
