Caitlin Moffitt is Sr. Director Operations for Altria. Caitlin received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and continued her education throughout her career receiving her Master of Business Administration from the University of Richmond and her Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. Caitlin joined Altria in 2010 and has held numerous leadership roles within Engineering, Central Planning, Commercialization, and Manufacturing within both domestic and international supply chains. In her current role, Caitlin has responsibility for developing, implementing, and maintaining operational excellence standards across Altria’s manufacturing sites. Caitlin has a passion for optimizing processes, balancing trade offs, and seeking the best solutions to meet business objectives in a dynamic environment. She invests in people development through mentorships and peer networking. Outside of work she enjoys hiking with her dog, seeing local shows, and traveling with friends and family.
