Derreck Keith is the Chief Technology Officer of Power Solutions International, Inc., an industrial OEM building integrated power systems for the data center, industrial, and oil and gas markets. Over 23 years in alternate-fuel engines and continuous-duty power generation, he has led clean-sheet development of multiple production engine platforms, and authored PSI's current connected-asset plan. His work today brings together PSI's heavy industrial products and technology landscape to support intelligent service for industrial power at scale. He leads 117 engineers across multiple sites, is developing PSI's agentic AI strategy for engineering productivity, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt with a long-standing commitment to lean, value-stream focused product development. He holds B.S. and M.Eng. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
