Errette Dunn has spent more than 25 years helping teams work better — from Toyota and Airbus to Google and Audi. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Rever, the Frontline Intelligence Platform that empowers frontline workers to save money and uses AI to accelerate and multiply their impact. An Industrial Engineer with an MBA from IESE Business School, Errette brings deep, practical expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management, the Toyota Production System, Digitalization, and Change Leadership across 25 countries and multiple industries. Beyond work, he loves spending time outdoors with his wife and six children; a daily reminder that leading change always starts at home.
