Gretchen Moore is the Executive Director of Women in Manufacturing’s Education Foundation. With over 20 years of nonprofit experience, she leads the organization’s mission to cultivate a skilled, diverse, and resilient manufacturing workforce where women achieve, lead, and succeed. Prior to joining WiMEF, Gretchen served as Director of Corporate, Foundation, and Government Relations at Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, IN where she established strategic partnerships to expand and advance educational opportunities for women. Her career began in public policy as a legislative aide in the Ohio House and Senate, which sparked an enduring commitment to building strong communities and promoting economic mobility. Gretchen has held key roles throughout her career including a fellowship with the White House’s Strong Cities, Strong Communities initiative in Fresno, CA, where she later served as Vice President of the Downtown Fresno Partnership and Chief Strategy Officer for the Central Valley Community Foundation.
