Jason Bailey

Jason Bailey is a strategy and innovation executive with more than 20 years at International Paper, one of the world's largest packaging companies, where he currently serves as Program Director of Box Plant of the Future, a program office which includes OT Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, and Safety Innovation programs. Jason has spent his career turning strategy into results — leading digital transformation efforts that include the deployment of IIoT sensors across 150 manufacturing facilities and building enterprise Accelerator, PMO, and innovation capabilities that have contributed considerable enterprise value. Before leading technology strategy, Jason ran the business from the ground up — serving as a Plant General Manager and later as a Regional General Manager. He holds an MBA from the Wake Forest University School of Business and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. Most importantly, Jason is the proud husband of Billie Bailey and father of two adult sons, Zach Bailey and Ethan Bailey. Jason and his wife live in Memphis, TN.
