He's responsible for the western United States and Latin America. Prior to joining ServiceNow, John spent 16 years at Oracle-NetSuite. John has done extensive work with many of the top brands across many different verticals, including consumer packaged goods, heavy industry, automotive, aerospace and defense, retail, and process manufacturing.
