This workshop introduces a practical A3 based framework to plan, execute, and sustain connected worker initiatives across sites. Participants will learn how to define the problem, align stakeholders, assign ownership, and build the communication, training, and governance needed for adoption at scale.

• Understand how to map current and future states to identify gaps, root causes, and the operational barriers that slow connected worker adoption
