Mike Moody is a Product Owner for Pella’s Intelligent Operations initiative, where he leads a team focused on digital work instructions and material flow transactions. As a key Product Owner on the Intelligent Operations Team, he guides a collaborative group that drives strategic initiatives using Industry 4.0 technologies. Mike Moody is certified as a SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager, ensuring that Pella’s Intelligent Operations products align with business objectives. With over two decades of experience in the window and door industry, he plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering business results through innovative engineering and IT/OT solutions. Before joining Pella Corporation, Mike spent five years serving as a Seabee in the U.S. Navy. He graduated from Iowa State University and resides in Ames, Iowa. He has been an active member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers since 2013 and is dedicated to innovation and operational excellence.
