Bayer is modernizing its manufacturing network by shifting from tribal knowledge and inconsistent workflows to a standardized, system driven planning and scheduling model. After rolling out a new scheduling solution across two major sites, the team uncovered critical insights about change management, site engagement, and the importance of reliable, repeatable workflows.
