Ricardo Schiochet is natural from Brazil, with Engineering background and many international experiences around the globe, such as, USA, Germany, Singapore and many Countries in Latin America. From the last 6 years, he has been building a very solid Digital Team across all Manufacturing Mills in Kimberly Clark. He started locally in Brazil, then got responsible for Latin America and most recent embraced a Global position, implementing Digital System which are generating huge Millions of Dollars Savings across the operation. This is coming together with his leadership with a result of an exponentially growth and strengthen of Industry 4.0 culture in the Workforce, in all levels of the company. His experience with this Digital Transformation Journey goes from, Vertical System integration (MES), Big Data, Advanced Analytics, ML/AI, Connected Worker, Cyber Security, Digital infra structure to Digital Manufacturing Change Management and Strategy. Previously, Ricardo had a tremendous year of experience on Manufacturing Operations Management and on continuous improvement concepts and strategy. These experiences were absorbed working on different types of industry, such as, SKF, Renault supplier, Honda Supplier, Truck manufacturing supplier playing different roles from manufacturing leader to consulting, on top of his +12 years in Consumer Good industry. At Purdue University, he was graduated with a master’s degree in Technology, Leadership, and Innovation. Before it, he obtained his under-graduate degree received by Pontifical Catholic University in Brazil as Control and Automation Engineer with 1 year of international exchange program in Germany, in Konstanz Fachhochschule.
