Sr. Manager of Intelligent Operations Pella CorporationTodd Leathers is the Senior Manager of Pella's Intelligent Operations initiative, leading a cross functional team of process engineers, application developers, and data resources to develop and scale I4.0 solutions across the business. He is a key business partner for operations leaders, collaborating with them to solve real problems and drive real results. Todd brings extensive experience in product and process development, continuous improvement, and manufacturing to the digital landscape as he helps to shape and successfully execute Pella's Digital Transformation strategy. Todd holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska, an MBA from the University of Iowa, and works out of Pella Corporation's headquarters in Pella, IA.
