2:00 PM Panel: How to Prevent Frontline Digital Fatigue

Frontline teams are being asked to adopt more digital tools while production demands, staffing pressures and operational complexity continue to increase. Without the right balance, even well intentioned initiatives can overwhelm workers, slow execution and reduce trust in transformation efforts. This panel explores how manufacturers are simplifying the digital experience, reducing cognitive load and introducing new technologies in ways that support daily operations. Leaders will share practical approaches for sequencing deployments, integrating tools, building confidence and ensuring digital transformation strengthens frontline performance rather than adding to fatigue.

• Prioritizing digital initiatives so frontline teams see clear value without being overloaded by competing tools
• Simplifying the user experience through integrated workflows and unified interfaces that reduce the need to switch between applications
• Sequencing deployments in a way that respects production realities and minimizes disruption to daily operations
• Building trust and adoption by involving operators early, solving real problems and demonstrating quick, meaningful wins
• Supporting workforce readiness with intuitive design, targeted training and AI enabled guidance that reduces cognitive load
