As Global Head of Customer and Third-Party Management Compliance, Mr. Kuhn is responsible for the deployment and continued effectiveness of this critical part of the Ericsson Compliance Program within all business and market areas and group functions.

Mr. Kuhn has over 25 years of combined fraud, consulting, and in-house compliance experience working in the UK, in Nordics, Eastern Europe, and in China, mainly with technology, energy, and engineering businesses.

Since 2007, Mr. Kuhn has gained experience with five compliance monitors - Theo Waigel/Siemens; World Bank, PSP (Public Services and Procurement, Canada), and CQPO (Court of Quebec)/ SNC Lavalin; most recently with Pohlmann & Company/ Ericsson.

Mr Kuhn is contributing to ongoing research and practice development, most recently the OECD‘s working paper on “Best Practices to Address Corruption Risk in Supply Chain of Public Contracts.”
