Laurence joined Chanel in 2019 to develop and grow the Compliance & Privacy programme worldwide. She has 10 years of experience as Head of Compliance and Operational risk in Financial Services (GE Capital, 8 years, and Fintech Ratesetter, 2 years).

Prior to Compliance, she built her career in Finance and Internal Audit in various businesses of General Electric where she spent 17 years in total (GE Healthcare, GE Energy, NBC/Universal, GE Capital). Laurence legally trained in France and the UK, and also graduated in Business Management at ESCP Europe Business School.
