Head of Legal, EMEA Jet AviationSimon Leimbacher is a lawyer qualified in both The US and UK, with extensive experience in the areas of corporate and international law – with particular focus on complex contract negotiations; mergers and acquisitions; restructurings; cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional litigations. His primary objective is ensuring the business achieves their commercial goals, while simultaneously protecting the company’s interests. Simon holds a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge, and a Licence en droit from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
