Field Service Management 2020 - Virtual Event Announcement

UPDATE: 10TH APRIL 2020

The age of coronavirus has seen the field service industry adapt in remarkable ways to new health and safety requirements for their people and their customers.

Here at FSM Australia, we have worked with industry leaders to put together a half-day online event, exploring the different ways field teams can adopt their learnings post coronavirus to improve future business operations.

Through the use of AI and automation, field workers have been able to complete a higher portion of jobs from remote locations, utilise new predicative maintenance tools as well as serve their customers in new, more efficient ways.

Sign up today and take a deep dive into the work organisations have initiated in order to respond to times of crisis, and the learnings they have found along the way!

Can't wait to join you on the 17th of June 2020!

Field Service Management 2020 - Postponement Update

UPDATE: 24TH MARCH 2020

In light of the recent developments surrounding COVID-19, I wanted to provide you with some information leading up to 12th Annual Field Service Management Summit 2020.

After a careful review of the current situation with COVID-19 and extensive consultation with key event stakeholders – including speakers, exhibitors and partners – we felt it was the right decision to postpone the event to ensure a successful event for all participants as well as manage the safety considerations.

While this decision comes at a time of universal uncertainty, our top priority is the health and safety of our customers, partners and employees.

Originally scheduled to run from 17th-19th August 2020, FSM 2020 will now take place on the 14th - 16th October 2020. The venue, Doltone House, Darling Island Sydney, remains unchanged.

Please be advised that existing registrations remain valid and the FSM Team will work with key stakeholders including exhibitors, partners and sponsors to mitigate inconvenience.

Now is the time been a more important time for the enterprise architecture community to meet, collaborate, and share ideas in disruptive architectural practices in support of rapid organisational change.

We look forward to seeing you in Sydney this October.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly.
