Most recently Head of Intelligent Journey Orchestration at O2 (Telefonica UK), his previous roles included GDPR Programme Director and Head of Personalisation, making him an authoritative voice regarding the privacy safe use, and optimization of customer data to transform customer experience and deliver commercial uplift.
