Since joining Redzone, Bradford has supported organizations in accelerating adoption of connected workforce technology and scaling performance gains across multi-site networks. His approach is grounded in real-world manufacturing experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to create lasting change on the shop floor. Before Redzone, Bradford held operational leadership roles at Nestlé and SC Johnson. While at SC Johnson, he led the implementation of Redzone within his own operations, experiencing firsthand the platform’s impact on productivity, accountability, and team engagement. That experience ultimately led him to join Redzone, where he now helps other manufacturers achieve similar transformations.
