Chris Rodgers is the Vice President of Operational Excellence at INX International Ink Co., where he leads the company’s Industry 4.0 initiatives to advance efficiency, safety, and connectivity across global operations. Over his 30-year career with INX, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s approach to continuous improvement—building the TPM structure, developing the INX PMT project management tool, and driving the implementation of ODEN in operations. He holds a B.S. in Polymer Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi, an M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Guided by a vision to create a culture of continuous improvement, Chris is committed to empowering teams, leveraging technology, and delivering lasting value for INX customers.
