I am a passionate business leader and team player with over 20 years of experience in operations, manufacturing excellence, leadership and people development, and digital transformation. I hold a Ph.D., a Master's, an International MBA, and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. I am fluent in English and Portuguese, and proficient in Spanish. As the Global Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Transformation Sr. Director at Bunge, I lead the strategic planning, Bunge Production System, Learning Organization, Center of Excellence and digital initiatives across 200+ facilities worldwide. I leverage my expertise in leading teams, connecting with people and providing strategy and guidance to optimize operations. I also mentor and coach teams and individuals to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

  3. I have a corporate culture that is not open to change and resists new technologies and processes
