Jeff Clark is a global operational excellence and quality executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments. He has a proven track record of driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, leading organizations through high-impact transformations and continuous improvement initiatives. Known as a trusted change agent, Jeff has led global teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, deploying Lean Production Systems and developing leaders at every level. Currently serving as Global Director of Operational Excellence and Quality for Destaco, Jeff has been recognized for pioneering problem-solving methodologies, training over 120 employees, and leading more than 50 major improvement initiatives. His work includes integrating advanced technologies like AI and augmented reality to enhance efficiency and standardization across global operations. A Six Sigma Black Belt and certified quality leader, Jeff combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership to deliver measurable, sustainable results
