Kimberly Williams is Vice President of Syrup Manufacturing at Coca Cola, where she leads seven manufacturing sites and nearly 1,000 associates through a journey of continuous evolution and growth. Kimberly brings more than 20 years of global manufacturing and supply chain leadership, with deep experience driving cultural transformation across complex, multi plant environments. She’s known for ensuring workers have tools and processes that are intuitive, relevant, and grounded in real frontline challenges Her motivation for digital transformation is grounded first in safety, then quality, and ultimately in improving both customer and employee experience.
