Steven Elsham

Steven Elsham is the Chief Executive Officer of Ultimo, charged with leading the organization into its next phase of growth and innovation. His appointment in May 2025 marked a strategic transition for Ultimo and reflects the company’s commitment to long-term development and customer-centric innovation, shaping Ultimo’s strategic direction in close collaboration with the broader IFS leadership team, and supported by Ultimo’s growing partner ecosystem. In a career spanning over thirty years, Steven has held both European and global leadership roles for global technology leaders such as Salesforce, Oracle, Procode, Marigold and SAP. Prior to joining Ultimo, he spent much of the previous three years leading a business from the Netherlands. Steven brings a wealth of experience in building high-performing teams and fostering strong customer relationships. He is known for his grounded and open leadership style, with a strong focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth. Steven has EMBAs from the University of Michigan and the IESE Business School, and a degree in Physics from the University of Manchester. Steven, based in the UK, is married and has four grown-up children. When not at work, he enjoys cycling and spending time with his family.
