David Morgan is General Counsel & Company Secretary of Warburtons and has worked in house for 20 years (most of which has been spent establishing or leading legal functions in food or industrial manufacturing businesses). In addition to his work with businesses, David is also a Governor of Leeds Beckett University and has held Governor roles in education for a long time as part of his commitment to securing opportunities for the next generation.
