Sarra Adams

Sarra is General Counsel for EMEA and International Markets. Sarra has been with dentsu since 2014 and over that time has built the EMEA L&C function from 15 people in 5 markets to a team of approximately 100 lawyers, compliance and data protection specialists across the region and has significantly improved the EMEA region’s legal and compliance risk profile. In Sarra’s time at dentsu, she has managed an M&A programme of approximately 60 M&A deals, led the exit of Russia designed the career framework for the L&C function and led the L&C functional transformation programme. Prior to this, Sarra spent 14 years at London city law firm, DLA Piper, specializing as a corporate lawyer working in public and private M&A, JVs, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, plc board advisory and equity capital markets work including IPOs and secondary issues. Sarra has also spent brief periods at Virgin Management on secondment in their head office commercial team, as well as in the legal services team at KPMG.
