Alex is VP of Onboarding Project Management and Technical Solution Engineering @ Solarisbank and runs the bank's women's network. After 13 years+ of proven track record in financial services, Alex is still a corporate rebel who specializes in disruption and building great teams. She's one of the Business Insider's 25 future makers: women who are going to significantly change their industries. Her expertise is pushing transformative projects and client-centric product developments in the banking-as-a-service space. Prior to joining Solarisbank she held project and leadership roles at American Express, leading innovative solutions and big ticket items like Apple Pay, AI Chatbot Solutions, global client implementations and Splitpay for consumer and SME. Alex has a passion for inclusion and equity and has founded numerous women’s programs, including the German chapter of the corporate women’s network at American Express, WIN. She hold an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, is a certified agile leader and was a finalist for the Digital Female Leader Award by Global Digital Women in 2020 and runner-up in 2022.
