Andy has been with Specsavers for the last 5 years and is the global Observability & Automation Lead; tasked with driving value from their Observability and AIOps tools. Specsavers use Splunk as their main observability platform taking advantage of their full product set and recently won an "Observability Visionary" award from Cisco for their work on observing modern cloud based services.
