Federico Vrljicak is Vice President of Technology at Mastercard, where he leads worldwide Cloud and Infrastructure Operations. He leads at the intersection of SRE, Observability and AI, challenging the notion that humans should sit in the middle of every incident. His recent work focuses on enabling agentic automation: systems that detect, decide, and act before engineers are even paged. With over 20 years leading global platforms across Telefónica, NTT Data, América Móvil, and Microsoft, Federico has scaled operations through multiple technology shifts, from networks to cloud, and now to autonomous systems.
