Andrew Page is a senior technology leader and Product Owner for the bank's Internal Development Platform (IDP) within the Engineering Platform at Lloyds Banking Group, where he focuses on driving great Developer Experience at scale for 1000's of Engineers across the Bank. Over the last few years, Andrew has driven the reduction in Engineer onboarding time to less than 1 hour, introduced Spotify's Backstage as the Developer Portal and led the cross bank work resulting in engineers being able to deploy Cloud infrastructure safely and securely in minutes rather than days as well as championing a federated inner-source approach to producing Golden Paths for common languages, all helping to drive re-use of common frameworks.
