Leo Bardelli is Head of Product Engineering at Saint-Gobain, where he leads cloud and platform product delivery focused on developer experience, automation, and enterprise-scale enablement. With more than 20 years of experience across IT, product engineering, cloud, DevOps, and transformation, he has held hands-on and senior leadership roles in global organizations. He is also the author of Bridging the Gap: Turning Agile and DevOps Initiatives into Board-Level Wins, a book about translating Agile, DevOps, and platform engineering investments into executive value.
