Louis Bailleul is an engineer and architect who, after earning his Master's in Computer Science from ECE Paris and relocating to London, began his career optimising the performance and cost-efficiency of complex High Performance Computing (HPC) systems. Over the last five years, he has shifted his focus to broader IT and cloud modernisation. As a leader of architects and platform engineers, he is spearheading platform engineering initiatives. By implementing modern practices such as Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and GitOps, and by leveraging cloud-native technologies, including components like Kubernetes he drives significant technical and organisational changes, all aimed at improving the developer experience as a way to enable the business to deliver more value, faster.
