François is the Seven2 partner for value creation and portfolio monitoring. He began his career at BCG, where he spent over 30 years assisting numerous companies with strategy, operational excellence, and AI transformations. At BCG, he was notably responsible for the Global Telecom sector, Chief Operating Officer of BCG Greater China, where his clients included major Chinese Tech companies, head of AI transformations for the Tech and Telecom sectors, and finally Global Director of the BCG Henderson Institute, where he dedicated his research to the adoption of AI by traditional companies. His work has appeared in famous academic reviews. He writes a monthly column on AI in Fortune and has been a speaker at such global conferences as Politico.AI Summit, MWC, TED, and Global AI Summit. François is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines de Paris, an Executive Fellow at Harvard University and a member of the American Society for AI.
